Cowboy Journal - Medium
The Taking Texas with Me™ Cowboy Journal. You are bound to take in a bit of the Old West every time you sketch or write in the Taking Texas with Me™ Cowboy Journal. It’s handcrafted, of course, by a born ‘n bred Texas artisan. The leather on this journal is 100% natural cowhide. It still carries the marks, characteristics and sometimes parts of the animal’s brand. Many of the hides came from cattle processed through the stock yards in Fort Worth. The fastener that keeps the journal closed is a piece of whitetail deer antler gathered on a Texas ranch. Inside each journal are 100 sheets (200 pages) of durable, acid-free, cotton-content paper in natural white. The ranger star on the front is the finishing touch, a respectful reminder that the journal comes from the Lone Star State. A card about the journal and its care is included. (The optional mesquite and antler pen shown in the photos below would make the perfect complement to the journal.) Standard size is Small Journal, 5x7.25" or upgrade to Medium Journal, 6x9". We can do large quantities as shown on this recent 40 unit order, but we require lead time as these journals are made one at a time.
